Eastern Max Buffet is unlike any buffet you have visited before. It combines a richly appointed interior with reasonable prices and top notch food. The variety is extensive, ranging from Dim Sum, Sushi, Mongolian and BBQ grill, to a fine selection of fruit, soups, salads and desserts.
When you enter our establishment, you will be impressed with our distinctive architecture surrounding an extraordinary fish tank. We hand picked the saltwater fish, snails, tiny shrimp, and many varieties of coral to present a unique and engaging look at underwater nature. Throughout the restaurant, you will notice featured lighting, elegant ambiance and Eastern art comparable to an upscale, Las Vegas-style restaurant. The custom woodwork is beautiful and evident throughout the restaurant.
There is a wide array of uniquely prepared hot dishes, such as chicken (and beef) broccoli, seafood delight, peppered steak, mussels with black bean sauce, walnut shrimp, baked salmon, shrimp, mussels, scallops, rice, noodles, stuffed mushrooms, other types of main dishes and vegetables and much more. In the evenings we add to our buffet steamed oysters, king crab, and the exclusive horseradish-crusted prime rib topped with a berry-wine reduction sauce, then smothered with sautéed red onions.
We also serve many child-friendly dishes, such as pizza, macaroni and cheese, corn on the cob, egg rolls, french fries and more. Many varieties of fruit and desserts are also available. The majority of salads were created for us by Italian Chef Foo Foo. Our main chef for the restaurant is extremely talented and has over fifteen years experience. The wait staff is friendly and attentive.
